MAINTENANCE-QUARTZ SINKS
Keep the sink clean and dry.
Clean the sink on a regular basis.
To remove stains, clean using dishwashing liquid and a cloth or sponge. For tougher stains, use an abrasive pad and a mild
cleanser.
To remove mineral deposits, use a water and vinegar solution, Once finished, rinse the sink with fresh water.
Metal utensils and pots can slide on the bottom of the sink, leaving surface metal residues. These can be removed by
scrubbing in a circular motion with a flexible nylon brush and liquid detergent.
Do not use metal scrub pads or steel wool to clean the sink.
Never use concentrated bleach, products containing chlorinated solvents, paint removers, drain cleaners or kettle
descaling agents on the surface of the sink.
Rinse the sink after each use.
Never leave water sitting in sink for an extended period of time.
Avoid leaving utensils and steel or cast iron pans in the sink for an extended period of time.
Avoid leaving rubber sink mats, wet sponges or cleaning pads in the sink for an extended period of time.
